Sarah Garrett

Biography

Sarah grew up in Chelmsford, Essex, and then studied English Literature at Oxford University. After graduating, she worked in the film and television industry, and especially enjoyed her lunch-breaks at Pinewood Film Studios, because she never knew who might be in the canteen queue with her next - Aliens? Monsters? Stuntmen and women? Famous historical figures?

She combined her film development jobs with ghostwriting: she began by writing speeches for politicians and prominent film-makers, and then moved on to ghostwriting fiction and memoir for established international authors.

Now living happily in Brighton with her family, she is sharing her love of historical sites with Seven Arches Publishing, and has collaborated with Managing Editor, Jane Schaffer, on two books in the Time Travelling Kids Series.
